Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   April 28, 2006 Tahoma Terra LLC Doug Bloom 4200 6th Ave Suite 301 Lacey, WA 98503 RE: Tahoma Terra Div 1 – MPC-05-0067-YL Construction Punch list Mr. Bloom: The follow items have been identified as needing to be brought up to current code and/or specifications. The water, sewer and landscaping comments are not contained in this letter. Those comments will follow in a separate correspondence. The rain garden bee hive grates need to be bolted to the catch basins. 2 bolts minimum 180 degrees apart. The water appears to be setting in the rain garden instead of infiltrating. Please aerate the compost material in the rain garden. At the same time there are eroded areas inside the fenced area that need to be regraded. The mailboxes appear to be placed in areas not shown on the approved locations. The plat can be approved however we will be reviewing these further. Sidewalks and ADA Ramps are not completed as of today. Street lights are not installed The roadway is failing in the Division 2 area. The signage is not installed. 2 ADA ramps do not have the approved truncated domes. The street monuments have not been installed. The no parking signs need to be installed on Longmire Bike Lane symbols need to be painted on lanes on Longmire St. Hydro seed the landscape strips on Longmire Benches and BBQ in the park.
