Subj: SEPA Threshold determination – Tahoma Terra
Attached please find a mitigated determination of non-significance regarding Tahoma Terra, a proposed 220 acre Master Planned Community located in Yelm. The proposal includes between
880 and 1,200 dwelling units, a neighborhood commercial area, and parks and open space.
In addition to the environmental checklist, the following environmental information was included in the threshold determination:
