meeting the county development standard be a condition for
preliminary plat approval and that this condition be recorded as part
of the final plat. Example: Seasons Development
'Jim Blundell, Yelm counsel, will prepare appropriate policy.
Additional discussion concluded that while the unused lots created
by this style of development might be viewed as being potentially
unusable, research (MRSC) indicated this is permissible.
When county reaction to this, policy was discussed Shelly Badger
pointed out that these are not plats in the county - they are plats
in the City of Yelm.
