I.A.(2): The street edge is defined with a block wall and landscaping and access points are provided along
the street frontages. See sheets SD1.0 and L-1.
I.B.(1): The refuse container is not located between the building and the street, and is screened with a
block wall painted to match the building, and landscaping. See sheets SD1.0 and L-1.
I.C.(1): As this project is part of a large development, it uses the existing street access points and
connects to the existing pedestrian access points within the site.
I.D.(1): The refuse container is not located between the building and the street, and is screened with a
block wall painted to match the building, and landscaping. See sheets SD1.0 and L-1. Also, the
mechanical equipment for the building is located on the roof and screened by a parapet wall.
I.F.(1): A decoratve screen wall is provided, as well as substantial landscaping and pedestrian access.

IV.A.(1): This project has a large pedestrian-oriented space at the front of the building, that connects to the
city sidewalks. It also has well defined covered entries. See sheet SD1.0.
IV.B.(1): This project is a small scale building, but it does include elements to provide building modulation.
IV.C.(1): There is apedestrian-oriented open space at the front of the building that is also connected to the
pedestrian access to the city sidewalk. Also, this entrance is well defined with a tower element
and awning. See sheet SD1.0.
IV.D.(1): The building utilizes a variety of building materials, including Stucco finish, glass, standing seam
metal awnings and metal coping. There are also towers which accent the entrances, with awnings
to provide protection from the elements.
IV.E.(2): The screening wall will be of split-face CMU construction. The trash enclosure will be constructed
of the same material. Both of these elements will be painted to match the building. The building
will be an unpattemed stucco fnish, done with the highest craftsmanship.
IV.F.(1): This project does not have any 61ank walls as defined in the Definitions.
IV.G.(1): The mechanical equipment is located on the roof and is hidden behind a parapet wall.
IV.G.(2): The utility equipment is located on the back of the building and painted to match the adjacent

Grading plan for cuts and fills over 100 cubic yards.
Eight copies of Site Plan at a scale not less than one inch
for fifty feet, showing:
1. Datum, north arrow, date and scale.
2. The location of all existing and proposed structures,
including, but not limited to, buildings, fences, culverts,
bridges, roads and streets on the subject property.
3. Wells and underground storage tanks, within 200' of
property.
4. The boundaries of the property proposed to be developed.
5. All proposed and existing buildings and setback lines.
6. All areas, if any, to be preserved as buffers or to be
dedicated to a public, private or community use or for open
space under the provisions of this or any other city ordinance,
information regarding percentage of area covered, locations
and. general types of landscaping.
7. Conceptual Landscape Plan.
8. All existing and proposed easements.
9. The locations of all existing and proposed utility structures
and lines.
10. A preliminary storm water drainage systems report and
layout for existing and proposed structures.
11. All means of vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress
at the site and the size and location of driveways, streets,
and roads.
12. The location and design of off-street parking areas showing
their size and locations of internal circulation and
parking spaces.
13. The location of all loading spaces, including, but not limited to,
truck loading platforms and loading docks.
14. Location and area, in square feet, of all signs.
15. Topographic map or maps which delineate contours,
both existing and proposed, at intervals of two feet, and
which locate existing lakes, streams and forested areas,
(or 5 foot if > 5%.)
