was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to the public on request.

A Boundary Line Adjustment of Short Plat 8167 is proposed to create two lots and a
storm drainage tract in place of existing lots 3-5. Site Plan Approval for 8500 s.f. of
retail, 11000 s.f of auto repair and 11600 s.f. of tire shop is requested for revised lots 2-4,
respectively.
