TOGETHER WITH the right to enter upon, over and along said real property
hereinbefore described, from time to time, to construct, inspect, repair, alter, modify,
replace, remove, and update to present and future technological standards, said
utilities. The Grantor shall not place or construct a building or other structure on the
easement right-of-way, except as approved by the City of Yelm.
The permanent rights herein granted to the Grantee shall continue in force until
such time as the Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall permanently abandon the
same and upon such removal or abandonment, all rights hereby granted shall
terminate.

Emanuel Lutheran Church, hereinafter called the grantor, and the City of Yelm, a Municipal
Corporation, hereinafter called the grantee.
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor(s), for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby convey, set over, assign and warrant to the City of Yelm the following
described property situated in Thurston County, State of Washington, TO WIT:
All sanitary sewer lines from the S.T.E.P. tank to the main, S.T.E.P. sewer tank, water
lines and related appurtenances from the water main to the main lying within said
property, see Exhibit "A."
The grantor(s) hereby warrants that he/she/they are the sole owner(s) of all the property above
conveyed, he/she/they have the full power to convey the same, and that he/she/they will defend
the title of said grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claims thereto.
