AMENDED 8352 MDNS SEPA NO: 8352 AMENDED MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE Proponent: Napa Auto Parts Description of Proposal: Construction of two retail buildings, 6,300 sq. ft., and 3,100 sq. ft, demolition of existing building, associated parking and stormwater treatment. Construction of an 2,000 sq. ft. building addition, and associated parking. Location of the Proposal: 509 Yelm Avenue E, Yelm, WA 98597. Section/Township/Range: Tax Parcel number 22719342901, Sec. 19, T17N, R 2E. Threshold Determination: The City of Yelm as lead agency for this action has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
