Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   July 8, 2005 Dwayne Bockman 13306 Vail Road SE Yelm, WA 98597 Re: Site Plan Approval for Case # SPR-04-0064-YL Dear Mr. Bockman: On June 9, 2004, the Site Plan Review Committee issued land use approval for the building located at 204 Yelm Avenue East. The land use approval listed conditions of approval which must be met, to bring your building and occupied uses into compliance. We have been contacted by a person wishing to open another business within the building. At this time, we must deny the request for a business license. Your site is still in violation of the Yelm Municipal Code, and your land use approval will be expiring soon. If the improvements are not complete and approved by the City at that time, the City will be forced to take legal action. I have included a copy of your land use approval to remind you of the required improvements that must be completed.
