RE Paigen Construction
This Agreement is made between RE Paigen Construction and the City of Yelm for improvements described in the Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The undersigned agrees
to complete the required improvements no later than April 30, 2006.
It is understood and agreed that the City will take action for violation of Chapter 17, Yelm Municipal Code if the required improvements described are not complete prior to April 30,
2006. The developer agrees that the building shall be abandoned and unoccupied after April 30, 2006 if the required improvements are not installed, inspected, and approved by that date.
It is further agreed that the city may discontinue water service if the terms of this agreement are not met.
