Tonya states that they had always intended the health and wellness center to stay in the building… that they were going to just work around them. I personally don’t remember this, and
didn’t review the application with medical offices in along with the youth. I knew that they were keeping offices within the building for their groups use.
They would like to move the wellness offices to the small building on-site… it would no longer be used for residential. What does this do for parking requirements.
They would like to know if we have specifications for our sidewalks. Do they need to be engineered.
Sign code… they need clarification.
