Sewer Final Punch list
Dear Bob:
The City of Yelm has completed the initial walk thru and punch list for the above referenced project. We have reviewed the plans, land use approval and site construction. The following
comments need to be addressed before the final subdivision application may be submitted. Our comments are summarized below:
Sewer System:
Road “F”
Entering from Wilkensen, 1st Carson box to left crushed, need to replace.
Entering from Wilkensen, 1st Carson box to right needs to be brought up to grade.
At least 1 gate valve needs toning sire. “STA. 61+51.50, 6.00’ RT”
No toning wire on gate valve. “STA. 69+27.35, 6.00’ RT”
All end of lines need screw on PVC caps that can be reached with channelocks, not steel caps.
Wilkensen and Canal Roads
Main line end of line by power canal not finished.
No lid screws or charcoal filter for 1st ARV from N.P. Road.
Carson box for Lot 35 and ARV by gate valve “STA. 116 + 27.13 needs to be on sidewalk side of street fence. The ARV riser and lid are broken and need to be replaced.
There are about 4 missing traffic bearing gate valve lids.
NP Road:
Out fall ARV riser and lid broken.
No screws for ARV lids in sewer main line.
One of the ARV’s has the riser cemented so lid won’t seal.
This punch list has addressed only the requirements for Phase 1 as proposed by the developer. We have not reviewed any of the phase 2 improvements or roadway sections.
The project engineer should include a written response, indicating how all the punch list comments above have been addressed or responded to. This will significantly expedite our review
