There are some items that need revisions. For the items that need changed or corrected, I am sending you back redlined originals. Survey review comments: In addition to the corrections required by the reviewing surveyor in his letter, we have included redline comments (in blue) on the plat map. Please be sure to correct all items. When you submit your revised plans, please include 2 copies of the full size plat, one 11” x 17” copy, and a mylar set for recording. RETURN ALL REDLINED COPIES. Please sign and notarize the new warranty agreeement. Please provide a corrected Attachment “A” sheet for stormwater agreement Survey review fees in the amount of $510.00. Homeowners Association CCR’s; The Community Development Department completed a cursery review of the HOA CCR’s and note that they are more restrictive and contain higher fees than other covenants filed to date with the City of Yelm. The City would caution you that other than the required maintenance of common facilties the provivisions of the CCR’s are pivate, and will not be enforced by the City. Please submit an electronic drawing on disk per Thurston County review comments. (see attached) The above listed corrections must be completed and returned to the City, with all fees paid no later than Monday, October 10, 2005 to be considered by the City Council on Wednesday, October 26, 2005.
