1. The civil engineer under estimated the number of valves air/vac assemblies and other elements of the sewer and water system improvements in the amount of $23,000 for off-site improvements
and $51,000 for on site improvements. The ‘additions’ were caught during civil plan review.
2. Would like to defer sidewalk construction to the time of home construction.
3. Would like to realign canal road, charge TFC’s to the builder and have the City pass the TFC’s back to them.
4. City to pay for reconstruction of N.P. Road, between $16,000 and $30,000.
The City of Yelm will coordinate and be responsible for the reconstruction of N.P. Road and Wilkensen Road after installation of the water line by the applicant. Civil plan review and
approval shall include the timing of installation to coordinate with the City’s road maintenance program and condition of the backfilled utility trench. The processing of the applicants’
final plat approval shall not be delayed due to the timing of the City’s satisfaction of this condition.
They have an Ernest money agreement with Sound Built for the entire parcel. Earlier this year I had asked Bob Coyne this very question and he said phase II was not sold and I asked
him to contact the City first to see if we could put together an option agreement.
