Box 73156 Puyallup, Washington 98373 RE: Construction Punchlist - Cherry Meadows City of Yelm Project No. SUB-03-8340-YL Dear Mr. Martin: We have recently conducted a final punchlist on the above reference subdivision. The following are items and comments that need to be addressed to assure acceptance of this project. After a preliminary walk thru of the project site, the following items need to be completed or replaced. These items are listed by the street in which they are located. Cullens Road: Finish Planter Strip and fencing so. Of 92nd Ave., Fix erosion problem in landscape at far northern end of sidewalk. Clean off sidewalk and put cold mix in gouge at bottom of ramp on sidewalk at far north end of sidewalk. Cover tree root wads with top soil. Utilities need to be buried. Groom area at the end of sidewalk at the far south end of sidewalk. Water trees, they are losing leaves. The sidewalk returns need to have truncated domes at the returns. Chad Drive: 1. Finish landscaping in planter strip. 2. Water trees. 3. Clean off sidewalk. 4. Cover tree root wads with top soil. 91st. Avenue: 1. Complete planter strips. 2. Plant trees. 3. Clean sidewalks. Carrisa Avenue: Complete planter strips. Water trees. Place root barrier along curb and sidewalk near trees. Cover irrigation lines. Clean sidewalks. Carllie Avenue: Complete planter strips. Clean sidewalks. Water trees. 92nd Avenue: Clean off sidewalks. Landscape drainage issue on sidewalk crossing from 92nd Ave to Carllie St. Complete planter strips. Water trees. Kayla Street: Water trees. Complete planter strips. Complete landscape of island. Clean sidewalks. Cedar fence needs to connect with stormwater pond chain link fence. Killion Road: 1. Need to finish street frontage improvements. 2. Complete planter strips. 3. Complete landscape. The lot side of the sidewalk needs to be filled to eliminate a tripping hazard. Typical all sidewalks.
