Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597 February 18, 2005 Darren Sandeno Parametrix 8830 Tallon Lane Lacey, WA 98516 Re: Landscape Plans for Cherry Meadows Dear Mr. Sandeno: I have reviewed the landscape plans submitted for the Cherry Meadows Subdivision and provide you with the following comments. Page LS02; Street trees are missing in front of lot #’s 25, 26 and 29. Page LS04; Please alternate evergreen trees and deciduous trees in the open space pathways. Page LS05; Open Space improvements must be shown for the Tract A Park. (e.g. picnic area, playground, etc.) Space street trees fronting lots 169/170 so that lot 70 has tree in planter strip. Alternate evergreen trees and deciduous trees in the open space pathway. Page LS06; Alternate evergreen trees and deciduous trees in the open space pathway. Page LS07; Please resubmit plans for the buffer area adjacent to the St. Hwy 510 Yelm Loop (future bypass road). See detail submitted with preliminary plat application and approval for berm and planting required for this area. Page LS09; Please add Detail 4-19 street tree detail, found in the City of Yelm Development Guidelines. In Sheet Notes #2, please add City of Yelm as approval required for plant substitutions. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. I can be reached at (360) 458-8496. Sincerely, Tami Merriman Assistant Planner
