Gate Valves
The End of Line valve and blow-off on Canal Rd at Sta. # 185+61.74 could not be located. Paved over? It needs to be brought up to the surface per spec.
End of Line on Canal Ct. Sta. # 17+70.08 needs gate valve stand pipe cleaned out and toning wire brought up to the top.
Canal Rd. Sta. # 189+63.55 needs gate valve stand pipe cleaned out.
Canal Rd. sta # 202+15.30 needs gate valve stand pipe cleaned out.
At the intersection of Cary’s St. and Thea Rose Dr. all 3 gate valve stand pipes need to be cleaned out.
Thea Rose Dr. sta # 26+39.42 needs “sewer” lid on valve box at End of Line
ARV’s
Canal Ct ARV needs Insulated lid, and lid screws.
Intersection of Canal Rd and Cary’s St. ARV needs insulated lid and in-line strainer is upside down.
Carson Boxes
Lot 69 – Box has been run over. Fix or replace as necessary.
Lot 65 –Bring box up to grade.
Lot 58 – Expose valve in box.
Lot 57 – locate toning wire and make sure it is accessible.
Lot 45 – Box is too close to tree. Either the tree or the box must be moved. (Currently only 1 1/2 ‘ apart)
The carson boxes for lots 40 and 41 have been run over and smashed into the mud. They must be brought to grade, cleaned and inspected for damage to the pipe etc.
Lot 16 – no toning wire could be found.
Lot 18 – no toning wire could be found.
Lot 2 – broken carson box lid must be replaced.
