Dear Bob:
After reviewing your submission for preliminary plat, I realized that I overcharged you for your application fees. When you have more than one permit application, you get a 50% discount
on the permit of lesser value. You should only have been charged $250.00 for the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit.
Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $250.00 refunding your overpayment.
