Attached is the application packet for the above referenced project. After your initial review of the information submitted, if you need additional information from the applicant, please
let me know as soon as possible. The following is the tentative review schedule for the project.
January 19 – Notice of Application distributed – begin 15 day comment period.
February 16 – SPRC Environmental Review. Department comments/mitigation requirements for Environmental Review.
February 23 – Environmental Determination issued by Planning Department. Begin 14 day comment period followed by 7 day appeal period.
March 16 – Environmental Determination appeal time expired.
March 30 & April 6 – SPRC project review. Department comments/conditions of approval for staff report.
April 18 – Complete Staff report for public hearing.
April 19 – Public Hearing Notice to Paper/Mailing/Post site.
May 2 – Public Hearing in front of Hearing Examiner.
May 15 – Hearing Examiner approval completed.
