Request for Mylars – Site Construction Documents
Dear Mr. Merritt:
We have reviewed the plans submitted and dated 12/06/2005. I have found the construction drawings to be significantly complete. Please submit the following information for final signature.
One set of full size mylar drawings – to be retained by the City of Yelm
One set of full size drawings (your choice of media) – to be returned to you
One set of half size drawings (11”x17”) – to be retained by the City of Yelm
One CD with AutoCAD drawings 2004 or older – to be retained by City of Yelm
Pay invoice for engineering review and irrigation meter - $2,028.00
If you feel the civil submittal will be in a timely fashion, I would be willing to schedule a preconstruction meeting to expedite the construction process along.
The following needs to be revised on the landscape and irrigation plans before the mylars are submitted.
Remove the drip irrigation system from the internal plat roadways. This will be water with the hose bibs from the houses.
The hydroseed needs to also include the pond slopes.
Move the trees between Lot 10 and Longmire Road closer to Lot 10 to prevent future site distance concerns.
