Dear Doug:
The City has completed a preliminary review for the above referenced final plat application, and offer you these comments to get you started on the corrections. Please understand that
the comment period is not over until July 17, 2006, so more comments will be received.
Survey review comments: In addition to the corrections required by the reviewing surveyor in his letter, we have included our redline comments on the plat map, and attached comments
from Thurston County to be addressed on the plat map. Please be sure to correct all items. When you submit your revised plans, please include 3 copies of the full size plat, one 11”
x 17” copy, and a mylar set for recording. RETURN ALL REDLINED COPIES.
Thurston County Assessor’s Office. Please see attached. We will need a copy of the Corporation document that shows you as manager.
Homeowners Association CCR’s minor editorial changes.
Stormwater Agreement needs to have signature lines.
All of your documents state that the Stormwater is TR A, open space TR B. The Plat map does not reflect two Tracts.
Please provide a check made payable to Geomatics Land Surveying in the amount of $300.00 for survey review fees. City fees will be calculated and invoiced shortly.
The above listed corrections must be completed and returned to the City, with all fees paid no later than Monday, July 28, 2006 to be considered by the City Council on Wednesday, August
9, 2006.
