Here is our resubmittal package for review for the short plat. The maps have been revised per the comments. I have also included a
check for $340 for the City's Surveyor, an update to the title report, 3 full size and one 11X17 copy of the revised maps, and a copy of
the condo amendment exhibits. The attorney is writing the language for the document and it will be recorded after the short plat is
recorded. We cannot record it prior to because there would be nothing to withdraw. Please let me know if you need any additional
copies.

The following letter is a summary of the short plat conditions of approval and how they were
met:
Transportation:
1 a) The full improvements to Plaza Drive have been completed and the as-builts are
being reviewed at this time.
Revised lb) The Plaza Drive and Algiers Drive intersection has been replaced with a 30-
foot wide concrete driveway approach with a 6-foot planter strip and a 5-foot sidewalk.
1 c) The civil plans were shown improving Plaza Drive out to Yelm Avenue.
Water Supply:
2a) The existing waterline was upsized from asix-inch to an eight-inch line.
Sewer System:
3a) The City of Yelm's STEP sewer system was extended from the intersection of Yelm
Avenue and Plaza Drive to the north to the proposed Lot 1 of the short plat.
3b) The STEP sewer system will be deeded to the City of Yelm.
Storm Water:
4a) The stormwater system for the road improvements was designed in accordance with
the DOE manual and has been constructed.
