Preliminary Walk Thru
Mr. Bloom:
The City of Yelm Community Development Department has completed a Preliminary Walk Thru of the project site and listed some items that will need to be completed.
The following are items that need to be addressed:
After a preliminary walk thru of the project site, the following items need to be completed or replaced. These items are listed by the street in which they are located.
Terra Glenn Street:
Utilities need to bury or pedestals or boxes need to be put in place.
Grade behind Side walk.
Grade around light pole
Grade around tree landscape.
101st Street:
1. Pound down rebar stakes in tree landscape timber.
2. Water trees.
3 Utilities need to bury or pedestals or boxes need to be put in place.
Terra Valley Street:
Finish curb & gutter to match up with pavement ?
Clean sidewalks.

1. The valve for blow off at East end of 101st Ave. needs to be exposed, and valve and blow off placed in a concrete pad as print details show.
2. Remove the duct tape and plastic from all setters.
3. Need to lower the meter setters for lots 3 and 4.
4. Need to lower the water meter box at lots 7 and 8.
5. Need to raise water meter box to final grade at lots 9 and 10.
6. Need to raise irrigation meter box to final grade and place the valve before the irrigation box in concrete pad.
7. Need to straighten meter setter at lot 18 and lower meter box to sidewalk level.
8. Need raise the setters into meter box at lots 21 and 22, and square the box over the setters, and set box to sidewalk level.
9. Need to square meter setters in meter box at lots 40 and 41.
10. Need to tighten set screws on the Stroz’s adapters on the fire hydrants at Terra Valley and 101st Ave., and at 101st Ave. and Terra Glenn.
TERRA VALLEY Planning Department Punchlist
Street trees missing at the following lots: 20, 21, 33, 34.
Tree required at the corner of lot 21 and at the North and the West side of lot 15
OPEN SPACE: Clear debri and complete improvements. Open space near cul-da-sac unfinished.
Oak trees on lots 1 and 2 may need trimming.
Pressure treated 4x6 missing at lot 14
Type II landscaping required on Longmire .
Fencing required around stormpond.
Applicant needs to show how they meet mitigation measure #3 from the Mitigated Determination of Non Significance as it pertains to lots 29 and 30 which states: The applicant shall provide
a tree and vegetation plan that identifies and protects any priority oak species. The plan should include fencing on East and West side of Open Space.
