This equipment is neccessay to provide video services over existing facilities to YCOM customers. Does the design minimize conflicts with neighboring land uses? Explain - Yes, the property is zoned Central Business District. The landscaping and sidewalks will flow from the existing YCOM Business off ce. The 100' television antenna is in close proximity to the existing City of Yelm water tower and should have minimal visual impact. There is a substantial amount of vacant property in the immediate area. 2. Is the site within 300 feet of any "critical areas" such as wetlands or streams? - No 3. What provisions will be made for storm water and/or flood control? -The lot currently consists of 9000 square feet with a gravel surface. After the site is completed, 1 S% will be covered with impervious material. The building will require a 480 square foot concrete slab, the antenna will require a 22S square foot slab, and the satellite will have 182 square feet of concrete. The sidewalk extension will consist of approximately S00 square feet. With the exception of these areas, the entire lot will consist of gravel and landscaping areas. The only provisions for storm water control will be two small drywell areas to treat water flowing from the buildings roof and gutter system. 4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal? -None are necessary for this project. S. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone and other utilities? - No provisions are necessary. Power, water, cable, sewer, and natural gas are currently located in the alley on the NE side of the property. Telephone has an underground duct system on Washington Street and the new facility will have a fiber optic entrance cable feeding back from 3rd and Washington Streets. . 6. What provisions will be made for streets, access, and/or buses? -None 7. What provisions, if any, will be made for open space and/or recreation? - None 8.
