Maximum height of buildings shall be 25 - 35 feet.
Parking: Chapter 17.72 Single family homes require at least two parking spaces.
Ingress/Egress:
Ingress and egress at the site shall be consistent with the Yelm Development Guidelines 4B.140. One access from 3rd Street will be allowed.
