C ONCLUSIONS OF L AW A.Section 18.12.080 YMC allows the Site Plan Review Committee to approve a home occupation when it complies with all applicable development, construction, and design standards ofthe Unified Development Code. B.Shauna Bromellhasestablished that the request for ministerialreview approval can satisfy all criteria set forth in Chapter 18.65YMC, meet all requirements of the R-6zoning classification, and meet all other requirements of the Yelm Municipal Code. Therefore, the home occupation permitshould be approved. C.Ahome occupation approval is effective upon approval. The home occupation permit maybe be revoked upon determination that there has been a violation of any conditions of approval or standards of the Unified Development code.
