ORDINANCE NO. 749
AN ORDINANCE amending the 2001 City of Yelm Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 715 on December 13, 2000, by increasing fund appropriations in
excess of original estimates and authorizing transfers to close/consolidate funds.
The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. 2001 budgeted amounts for revenues and expenditures for the operation of the
government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2001,
are increased by the following amounts:

Section 2. Fund 406, '90 Water Revenue bond Redemption Fund shall be closed into the
Water Fund.
Section 3. The budget for the year 2001 as amended by the changes in Section 1 shall be
filed in the office of the City Clerk who is hereby directed to transmit this
supplemental budget to the Auditor of the State of Washington, Division of
Municipal Corporations.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect five days following publication
