Box 479 Yelm, Washington RE: Environmental Checklist for improved Air Pollution Control at LASCO, Yelm, WA. Dear Mrs. Merriman: Attached you will find the SEPA checklist documentation, and a proposed ducting and equipment layout. Lasco Bathware Inc. proposed to remove all 10 current stacks and rout those emissions along with the emissions currently going to the thermal oxidizer to a new 125,000 acfm concentrator system. This concentrator system would send a highly concentrated styrene air stream to the existing thermal oxidizer for final destruction. I have included a site plan showing the proposed ducting layout. The layout shows ducting picking up air at the current stack locations and the proposed location of the new concentrator next to the existing RTO. Additional information will be supplied when Lasco Bathware begins to finalize the project and applies for building permits. At this time Lasco needs to begin the SEPA portion of the project in order to proceed with OAPCAA permitting. If you have any additional question please contact me directly.
