NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
AMENDED CULLENS ROAD ANNEXATION AND ZONING
DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
The Yelm Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00
p m on Tuesday, October 20, 1992, to receive comments on a
request from Joe Guizzetti and others for annexation of 120 acres
lying between Cullens Road and Killion Road and for Residential
Agricultural zoning (RA-5) of Guizzetti's 100 acres The area to
be annexed is the Et of the SEt of Section 13 and the NEt of the
NEt of Section 24, Township 17 North, Township 1 East W M The
RA-5 zoning proposal includes all of this area except the Et of
the NEt of the NEt of section 24 Additional information and a
map of the annexation and rezone may be obtained by contacting
Todd Stamm, City Planner, at Yelm City Hall, 206-458-3244
The Yelm City Council will also hold a public hearing at 7:30
p m on Wednesday, October 28, 1992, to receive comments on the
request for annexation of this property to the City of Yelm
Both hearings will be held at Yelm City Hall, 105 Yelm Avenue W
Yelm, Washington All interested parties are invited to attend
Written comments should be directed to the Yelm Planning
Commission and may be mailed to POBox 479, Yelm, WA 98597 or
delivered to City Hall Written comments must be received prior
to the hearings to be considered by the Commission or Council
The Commission's decision will be in the form of a recommendation
to the City Council The Council's decision will be final
The City of Yelm as lead agency for this proposal has determined
that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse
impact on the environment An environmental impact statement
(EIS) is not required under RCW 43 21C 030(2)(c) This decision
was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and
other information on file with the lead agency This information
is available to the public on request There is no comment
period for this DNS
You may appeal this determination to the Yelm City Council at the
address below by submitting a written appeal no later than October
20, 1992 You should be prepared to make specific factual
