Purpose
The Low-Traffic Commercial (C-3) zone lS intended to prOVlae
for commerclal land uses which gen~rate relatively low levels
of automobile traffic whlch are not oriented toward
pedestrian activltles, and whlch W~iCh may reaUlre 1arge
areas of land or convenient arterlal access
17.31.020 General reauirements.
Only the following uses are permltted and allowed in thls
zone These uses are subject to off-street parKlng
requirements of Chapter 17 38 and the general provlsions and
exceptions set forth in this title

Uses permitted outright are
All uses permitted In the Residential Agriculture zone.
except residentlal subject to any more restrictlve or
permissive provisions of this zone
Automobile and vehicle salvage and associated parts sales
Automobile repair and service shops including auto body
repair and tire sales, but excluding sale of fuel
Appliance sales and service limited to large applicances not
readlly transportable by pedestrians
Churches and cemeteries
Construction material sales buildlngs and yards provided
that such sales shall be llmited to sales to llcensed
contractors
Furniture sales for households and offices
