CERTIFICATION OF ANNEXATION PETITION

I, Agnes Colombo, City Clerk of the City of Yelm, do certify
that I have reviewed the attached Petition for Annexation and
find that the petition includes the signatures of the owners
(as defined by RCW 35A.01.040(g)) of sixty percent in value
according to the assessed valuation for general taxation of
the property for which annexation is requested as described
therein. The total assessed value of said property is
$ 480,100.00 and the total value of the petitioner's
property is $ 310,400.00 Further, I have reviewed the
petition and find it to be substantially in accordance with
the rules of petitions as set forth at RCW 35A.01.040.
