in the area is predominately rural, sinqle family residential.
b. Use of physical boundaries I includ ing but not I imited to bodies of
water I highways, and land contours:

planned for future service areas.
d. Prevention of abnormally irregular boundaries: The annexation does
create an island, however the property is City owned and within the
Short-Term Urban Growth Area.
e. Discouragement of multiple incorporations of small cities and
encouragement of incorporation of cities in excess of ten thousand
population in heavily populated urban areas

The proposed area is :rural in nature, future land use is designated
at Residential - Four Units Per Acre.

Soils in the area are not conducive to aqricul tural use.
