Subj: Refund of Landscape Maintenance Bond
Doug Bloom, from Rainier General Development, Inc. deposited $1,100 into an Assigned savings Account to guarantee the maintenance and growth of the street trees for a subdivision development,
Case No. SHS-04-0118-YL, Timber Estates, until such time as the Home Owners Association became responsible for the trees. At this time, the Home Owners Association has taken over maintenance
of the street trees.
Therefore, please prepare a check in the amount of $1,100.00 made payable to Rainier General Development, PO Box 627, Rainier, WA 98576. When the check is ready, please return the
check to me and I will close out the file.
