PURPOSE: Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the appeal of staff decision to deny the placement of a temporary sales trailer in a residential neighborhood. Case #APP-02-8319-YL
APPLICANT: Douglas Walker
PROJECT LOCATION: Van Norhop Estates, Mill Road and 107th Loop, Yelm.
The City of Yelm Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing to receive comments on an appeal of a staff decision to deny the placement of a temporary sales trailer in the Van Norhop
Estates subdivision. The Hearing Examiner will make a decision within 10 days of the hearing.
Testimony may be given at the hearing or through any written comments on the proposal, received by the close of the public hearing on Monday, July 1, 2002. Such written comments may
be submitted to the City of Yelm at the address shown above, or mailed to the City of Yelm Community Development Department, PO Box 479, Yelm WA 98597.
