2. Situs addresses are needed on map for all lots and Tract A.
3. Distances needed on map on sheet 2 for each side of Golf Course Dr SE along the West line of plat.
4. Taxes will need to be paid prior to recording. Owner may contact Treasurer's Office at 786-5550 with any tax-related questions.
5. The homeowners association is called "Country Vista Homeowner's Association" as shown on sheet 2, #3 of Notes. Is this correct? --Please respond by email on this one.
