Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   December 8, 2004 Tahoma Terra, LLC Mr. Steve Chamberlain 4200 6th Ave. SE Suite 301 Lacey, WA 98503 Re: Dragt Boundary Line Adjustment Dear Mr. Chamberlain: The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the Dragt property located on Longmire Road. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior to recording, changes need to be made to the map to meet Thurston County recording standards. Conditions of Approval: A current title report must be submitted. A Declaration must be signed by the LLC, Mr. Dragt, and any others listed on the title report that hold an interest in the property. These signatures must be notarized. The file number for the map is BLA-04-0166-YL The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording. Please return a revised boundary line adjustment mylar map, 1 - 11x17 map, and the original signed Declaration to me, reflecting the above stated changes. I will then stamp it approved and forward to Thurston County for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I will notify you of the recording fees, and make copies available to you.
