Re: Comments from Final Walk-thru
To Whom It May Concern:
On July 27, 2007 the Community Development Department conducted a final walk-thru for the
above referenced project as requested. The following issues will need to be addressed prior to
receiving Certificate of Occupancy for the remaining lot.
/ ,Complete all unfinished sidewalks within plat and on Wilkenson.
/ Complete ali unfinished handicap ramps within plat •and on Wilkenson.
/ . Maintain planter strips along lots 47-54 and in front of lots 5 and 6.
/ Replace all dead trees around the two stormponds located in Ph. Il.
