The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment between Tax parcel numbers 22730110103 and 22730110104. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, heath,
and building standards.
Please submit a current Plat Certificate (title report) for both properties, to the Community Development Department for review. After satisfactory review of the Plat Certificate, I
will prepare documents for recording.
All parties that have interest in the properties will need to sign the Declaration.
