Cond of ApprovalMay 6, 2002 James Kitchen P.O. Box 869 Rainier, WA 98576 Re: Boundary Line Adjustment Conditions of Approval – BLA-02-8312-YL Dear Mr. Kitchen: The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on your property located on Crystal Springs Road. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards, as well as Shoreline and critical area requirements, provided that the following conditions are met. Prior to recording, changes need to be made to the map to meet Thurston County recording standards. Conditions of Approval: Show 200 foot shoreline jurisdiction area. This is 200 feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark. Show 50 foot buffer from Ordinary High Water Mark. This buffer must clearly state that it shall be left in its natural state, not to be disturbed. Add to face of plat; “Properties are exempt from YMC 14.08.160 Tap-In Restrictions” I spoke with the County Recording office, regarding Joseph’s name on the title report. They have requested that you provide either a death certificate, or estate information. That way they can change the title information and eliminate further problems in securing clear title. Please return a revised boundary line adjustment map to me, reflecting the above stated conditions. If you have any questions, please call me at (360) 458-8496. Sincerely, Tami Merriman Planning Technician cc: E. True & Associates File
