The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior to recording, changes need to be made to the map to meet Thurston County recording standards. Conditions of Approval: Put address box with address numbers on each parcel, and add to legend. Parcel A, parcel number 64303100700 remains 10434 Grove Road SE. Parcel B, parcel number 64303100702 10422 Grove Road SE Parcel C, parcel number 64303100703 10428 Grove Road SE Parcel D, parcel number 64303100704 10440 Grove Road SE The Declaration must be signed by you, and also by Dee Youmant, representative of the estate, as listed in the Title Policy. These signatures must be notarized. Please return a revised boundary line adjustment mylar map, 1 - 11x17 map, and the original signed Declaration to me, reflecting the above stated changes.
