Dear Mr. Holcomb:
I have reviewed the plans submitted on August 26, 2004. The following are comments from the above referenced plans and need to be addressed on the future submittal. I have organized
these comments by page number.
Sheet C1:
The approval block should have the Development Review Engineer as the signatory.
Sheet C3:
The infiltration gallery shows 2 pipes and calls out 6 pipes for the installation. Please check and revise one of the callouts.
The catchbasin oil water separator does not need to have a flow restrictor. Please remove the inverted elbows from the tee.
Sheet L1.1:
Landscape plans have not been submitted. Please submit the plans for approval.
Please review and revise your engineering drawings. These corrections may be made and reviewed by submitting a fax showing the changes. After this has been completed you can submit
the final information. This would be:
One set of mylar drawings for approval – city set
One set of drawings for approval – applicants set
One set of half size drawings – city set
One CD with the AutoCAD drawings on it – city set
