Dear Mr. Edwards:
We have tried unsuccessfully to collect payment for Engineering Services for the above-mentioned matter, in the amount of $1,332.50, from Mr. Ed Dobbs of Assisted Living Communities,
Inc. In addition, in May of 2001, the City of Yelm was billed for Building Plan Review fees from Mr. Joseph Butler, in the amount of $2,170.00, which have never been billed to you,
our customer. Based on a letter from Mr. Dobbs (copy attached), we are forwarding these billings on to your for payment.
Therefore, total fees for costs incurred include:
$ 1,332.50 – Engineering Services
+ 2,170.00 – Building Plan Review
TOTAL $ 3,502.50
