Attachments: Phasing Plan from Yelm School District, dated September 25, 2001 Approved Site Plan Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the City Council approve the phased improvement schedule, dated September 25, 2001, from the Yelm School District. Approval of the phased plan will require the School District to bond for all street improvements. Background The City Council approved a Special Use Permit for school facilities located 103 and 107 First Street on September 12, 2001. Two conditions of approval for the permit required the School District to submit a 3 year phased schedule for improvements to the City Council for approval and to bond for any road improvements not completed prior to occupancy. City Council Action The City Council may approve the phased plan as submitted and require the applicant to bond for all street improvements, require the applicant to provide a revised phasing plan with a bond for street improvements not completed prior to occupancy or deny the phasing plan.
