8286 final construction punch list ph 2July 1, 2003 Bob Tauscher JWM & A 1700 Cooper Point Road SW #B2 Olympia, WA 98502-1110 RE: Yelm Extension School Phase 2 Improvements Final Punchlist for Phase 2 Yelm Project CUP-01-8345-YL Dear Mr. Tauscher: The following are comments or concerns with the above referenced project. Every attempt has been made to make this a complete list however there may be additional requirements as the application is processed. The cross control device installed on the phase 1 irrigation meter needs to be tested and the test results submitted to the Community Development Department for approval. If this device has been tested previously, please forward the testing results. The curb ramps and cross walk needs to be completed per the agreement between the City of Yelm, Yelm Community Schools and Yelm Police Department. The sidewalk ending at the alley along 2nd Street needs to have an ADA ramp installed. The roadway survey monuments need to be installed at all roadway intersections. Remove the H/C sign located in the parking lot. This stall is no longer an approved H/C location. The streetlight needs to be installed in the frontage of NE Jefferson St. The gravel area needs to be completed along 2nd Street and the pond area. Riprap needs to be installed at the outflow of the new storm pipe. Landscaping in the stormwater facility is dead and will all need to be replaced. The area between the rockery and the sidewalk needs to be cleaned up along First Ave. The Utility Easement (corporate form) needs to be submitted. See development guidelines for form. The Step Sewer Easement (corporate form) needs to be submitted. See development guidelines for form. A commercial agreement to maintain stormwater facilities needs to be submitted and approved. See the Thurston County DDECM for the form. A revised “FINAL” stormwater report needs to be submitted and reviewed for approval. All changes and revisions to the stormwater system need to be reflected in the report. Submit 2 copies. An asbuilt set of drawings needs to be submitted for review and approval. Please x or line out the old and show the new or revised information. This will include elevations, revisions etc. Submit 4 sets of hardcopy and the electronic files.
