8301 MDNS SEPA NO: 8301 DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE Proponent: Thurston County, Medic One Description of Proposal: Request for a Conditional Use Permit, to allow the temporary use of an existing structure, and property for the operation of a paramedic unit station by Thurston County Medic One. No modifications are proposed to the existing building, or site. This request for use is temporary, until a permanent site can be determined. Location of the Proposal: 411West Road, Yelm, WA 98597 Section/Township/Range: SE ¼, Section 19, Township 17N, Range 2E, W.M. Threshold Determination: The City of Yelm as lead agency for this action has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement (EIS) will not be required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. You may appeal this determination to the Yelm City Council, at above address, by submitting a written appeal no later than 5:00 p.m., February 5, 2002.
