Jim,
Attached is an updated drawing showing what needs to be done to address the grading issues on site. I will
have a full sized stamped drawing delivered to you tomorrow. The issues addressed are as follows.
1. The asphalt was narrowed to 9-feet in width to keep it away from the existing structure to the north.
2. The alley will be graded down to the gate opposite the parking lot. This will allow access to the existing lot.
A small amount of runoff from the alley will end upon the property due to this but there is not really another
option.
3. The alley will be graded with an inverted crown to the south east and will drain to the existing parking lot.
4. The property owner will mark out the landscape areas in the field and will depress them per the plans.
