L One gallon paint of each color used. Sealed
2. Warranty for roll up door. 2 years from substantial completion
3. Warranty for wood doors. Life time.
4. Warranty for hardware. One year for hardware, closures 10 year and electric 2
years.
5. Warranty for windows. Five year.
6. Warranty for carpet. Fifteen year.
7. Carpet and the samples
