1) Room 126 CDD
a. Repair around eleet.box next to kitchenette
b. Inside jamb door 126 needs to be repaired
c. Kitchen has overspray on cupboards to right of sink
d. Carpet seam needs repair at end of reception desk
e. Left of reception desk where the drop meets the wall texture and paint needed.
I. Coffee spill on wall. No one from City to blame.
g. Repaint interior walls of plan storage cubical
It. Wall and door around exterior door scratched
i. Paint seam at SE comer bad
j. Rubber base at long counter not connected to wall
k. Quad duplex missing at kitchenette
1. Scratch above window at SE corner
m. Add support to reception counter
2) Room 117 Court
a. Paint chips around electrical boxes
b. Water/white spots on window sill
e. Clover elect. box for exit sign
d. Stabilize counter on hallway side.
e. T bar needs to be added next to new light
I. Repair baseboard seams
3) Room 116-see general notes
4) Room 127 Large Conference
a. West wall between shelves and window needs sheet rock repair
b. North side of window in conference room has dark scratches of paint
c. East wall in conference has white scratches near ceiling
5) Hallway 115
a. Roller marks in paint between court and lobby, especially near ceiling
b. Wall comer left if Lg. Conference chipped
c. CDD counter, NE side has dark stain
d. Clean entry door of drywall mud
e. Clean top of closure

b. Repaint jambs where undercoat showing
c. Patch tile in electrical room
d. Caulk woodwork and door jambs
e. Wall corners where color transition occurs make sure clean transition occurs

g. Patch all wall surfaces with holes or dings, especially Rooms 116, 117
