James Co., Inc. is the apparent low bidder on the City Hall Improvement Project with a base bid in the amount of $164,382.00 and alternate bid of $8,200.00 (bid amounts do not include Washington State sales tax). The City of Yelm is requesting a list of 3-5 references including contact names, phone numbers and type of work performed for the company as soon as possible.
