AM James closeout work 10-10-05 001 Shelly Badger Subject: AM James closeout work Start Date: Monday, October 10, 2005 Due Date: Wednesday, October 19, 2005 Status: Not Started Percent Complete: 0% Total Work: 0 hours Actual Work: 0 hours Owner: Stephanie Ray Steph, help me please! I would like you to go thru the AM James (CH remodel) contract and contract files and put together a list of the items not yet received (L & I affidavits. Dpt of Revenue, all that administrative stuff). Gary & I tag- teamed managing this project, he on the construction end, me on the administrative/contract end. Jim Wright submitted a bill on 9-27 for final retainage and I know that there are items that he has not turned in Also, we have not "accepted the job" at the CC level and authorized release of the retainage. Let me know when you can come up and I will give you the files. I will probably be a bit ashamed as I am sure they are not in as good as order as yours, but that is why I should not manage projects anymore and why I need you! Notes to SB. Spoke with Jim Wright 4-27, afternoon. He is working on final paperwork. I invited him to 5-19 Chamber After Hours, as well as followed up with a-mail. In e-mail mentioned that all punchlist items had been completed and that there was possible warranty work to do on ballast installation. Also, warranty work needed on women's bathroom door stall, smaller stall sticks when opening and closing. 1 V z o 2'' Kro~_ I J ~ ~ C N ~ D I Y O -4 I y m .o _m m -v C ~K 0 t~ ~'Y W M I l r o 11 [yt 3 r o O z O ow %m z Von; i o< c ..o ° m Y nc~ a 3 m m ~'m Nm o c y o I^; T I I 1 I -t ~ O m ~ SZ Qn n I - a l o m I m z-' w w "yC m 77 9' I I II .N ' 'iN ,W N 6i N O W x Y.'_, TR 7 _I = ^ ( i T N civil F1 ar ~ ;y its, s _ N n s - yi Q wills ott a J ~ xy 9 ' 3~}1~41= :.K l a SW 1 Y S LW ~ V G Zm Y _ Q~U.P W N-'O i00 JOB UIP W N~ O_ C: _ O 0,10 ~ Z ° _ nnn m r< Iwo zoEt+v ^]3?d3 -=r. 7 m < w a o o Y a O n w m 0 r i3 m . =°o a a w b G m H r O a m O w m w w v 0 n _ Z r n G G 0 0 rt 0 YO ? c - a a a O O n 3 N ro a 3 - m Ip Ip .0 O' r* O' £ N m O r m N a N r C N N N Yn YO r* G £ w r+' M 3 000 Ya 14 x Y-n w a a nM n Nw ox Omr rr rt O a o' o, w r 0 w - N N N rt O n N O ~ - n n n Y- n a a r -c ~ Z aaa 5 w E o (n - - ~ m F =5 W tN W N NN CPU W UNR+OI W CPU W.p OtO _ f - N JU W U O iPOUO NNUOU~OO W NUS - _ ' O~ O~IPJ OJ OOOOOOOp)OOOOUOOU _ - T U W W N O O O O O O O N O O O O O O O O mp iP P NW N NN,PU W 6 NCO OI W IP O] W.PTO Qr.~ _ Y JUW U OAP 0~1ONNUOU~OOWNU~ mom Q - - N O~PJ m OOOOOOOWOOOOUOOU - ~ mWW N OOOOOOONOOOOOOOO v00 T L 6~ G n Gi NV O Sr ~ p Z 5£ -I u AOOm _ N 67 .p ?a J N N- W Z p i _ - W Ja N W N N NIP (P W m N m T W Ja m W iP O~ O C p O v_ 17 _ n N JUW U OPOUONNUOUi0OWNU-` m~-i r~ - d~ Ol 6~IPJ W OOOOOOOTOOOOlJ1OO1J1 'gyp'-1~ ~ n.~ _ O~ WWW N OOOOOOONOOOOOOOO mp0 O m N n p Z 0 00o ...OOOOOOOOOOOOO n- Joc~ 000 0000000000000000 n C C n of ~ I N - n 'I i N W neon i o _ O U _ O yAY - (J mYj _ - Q Cl y N • September 27, 2005 Shelly, Per the specifications AM James owes us the following: 1.
