The $180,000 includes work in the admin area. The $49,000 should be subtracted from the $180,000 if you
choose to delay all work in the admin area. About $10,000 to $20,000 would have to be added to the $180,000 if
you went with the Alternate A version of the admin area. I will work on fne-tuning a cost estimate for Alternate A
and e-mail it back to you and Grant today.

project + the admin wing. I am not clear how to read the admin wing estimate.... is the
$49,785 in addt to the $180,252 if we choose option A? We are quite fond of option A so
